While some of our clients prefer the onsite system set up, where we will install the Hydra system on a server within your own facility, most customers prefer to opt for the Hosted solution.
The system is essentially the same, although this time the software is housed (hosted) on HYDRA’s servers co-located within Tier 1 datacentres around the UK. You still get access to all the features associated with the Hydra dialler and won’t notice any difference in performance or usability. Our hosted solution is suited to large and smaller organisations alike.

Whilst we would personally recommend the hosted solution we also recognise that some of our customers prefer the option of having the HYDRA dialler hosted on their own on premise servers. As with the hosted option you will have access to all the features and benefits associated with the HYDRA platform. Our team can also arrange to support your hardware allowing you to have an on premise solution with the security of a support team behind you. We can also offer to rent hardware (servers and PC’s) to you so opting for on premise doesn’t have to mean a large capital outlay. Alternatively you can opt for a Hybrid solution whereby we can offer you on premise combined with hosted solution giving you the very best in reliability and resilience.
Calling from standard excel spread sheets wasn't providing us with the right platform to achieve sales targets or DMC`s. Through the use of the Hydra Dialler platform, we have now been able to achieve a high level of penetration of our data. Our agents have embraced the system and now spend 75% of their time talking rather than dialling. The Hydra Dialler Platform has also reduced our operational call cost (PBX etc) though VOIP without losing productivity or quality of service. Hydra`s level of support has been excellent throughout.
